Payment Processing

Refunds

You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant WILKOSYSTEMS a limited license to use your data solely for providing services.

Third-Party Outages: Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms are outside WILKOSYSTEMS' direct control. We recommend monitoring third-party service status pages for updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WILKOSYSTEMS and WILKO GROUP LTD shall not be liable for:

Post-Termination: Upon termination, your access to services will cease. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
